Senior HR Business Partner supporting business transformation, partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, delivering HR programs, and navigating change in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting field sales organizations (US/Canada), marketing, or corporate functions such as IT
- Background in a large, global, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong foundation in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Ability to influence and build relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and using data to drive decisions
