Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior HR Business Partner to play a critical role in executing HR initiatives that positively impact our employees and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver high-impact HR solutions
• Support workforce planning, compensation reviews, and performance management
• Drive proactive strategies for employee retention, engagement, and succession planning
• Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
• Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management processes to enable smooth transitions
• Partner with Global Talent Development to build business and technical capabilities, including career and leadership development programs
• Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to identify and fill critical roles, build organizational capabilities, and strengthen bench depth
• Partner with the Employee Relations COE and leaders to anticipate, identify, and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues
• Champion ID&E efforts to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Develop and implement initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership
• Identify organizational trends and enable data-driven decision-making
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on program progress and outcomes
