Senior HR Business Partner

Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce performance, and sustainable business outcomes. The role requires a highly experienced, strategic HR leader who partners with senior leaders to address complex people and organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including advanced HR Business Partner roles in complex organizations
• Deep, demonstrated expertise in HR principles, employment practices, employee relations, and organizational development
• Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and exercise sound judgment across multiple variables and competing priorities
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, developing new approaches, and solving problems where precedent or direction may be limited
• Highly credible advisor to leaders at all levels, with strong communication and persuasive skills that connect HR strategies to broader business objectives
• Operates with independence, accountability, and resilience, demonstrating maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in high‐stakes or sensitive matters
• Business‐oriented, pragmatic, and solutions‐focused, thriving in fast‐paced, growth‐oriented, and technically complex environments
