Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including advanced HR Business Partner roles in complex organizations
- Deep, demonstrated expertise in HR principles, employment practices, employee relations, and organizational development
- Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and exercise sound judgment across multiple variables and competing priorities
