Instructional System Designer

The Instructional System Designer will develop and revise curriculum in strict adherence to client standards and related DoD or Navy guidance, and conduct thorough training needs and task analyses.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience researching, planning, developing, evaluating, and updating lessons, courseware, and student instructional materials
• 3+ years of experience with Content Planning Module (CPM) and Learning Objective Module (LOM)
• Ability to collaborate with client personnel to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• TS /SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design or Adult Education
