Joint Fires Observer, Integrator, and Trainer

As a Joint Fires Observer, Integrator, and Trainer, you will provide Joint Fires Observer qualification, certification, sustainment training, and instruction for the Army through training courses, gaming, and classroom instruction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller or Joint Fires Observer
• Experience with virtual training, simulations, or gaming
• Experience with the integration of direct and indirect fires
• Experience with training, evaluation, and exercise scenario development
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Graduate of a JFS ESC formal JTAC training school or Joint Fires Observer School
