Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a U.S. Navy Officer
• Experience with the shaping and coordination of Navy doctrine, concepts of operations, or concepts of employment
• Experience working in a KM billet
• Experience conducting research and analysis
• Ability to produce senior executive-level written products and technical analysis
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
