Management Analyst, Mid

We are seeking a Management Analyst, Mid to help organizations improve their operations and achieve their mission goals. The role involves analyzing client operations, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis
• 3+ years of experience with DoW, Navy, or NAVWAR organizations
• 3+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management
• Experience with MS Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Experience with MS Power Platform
• Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities, and work both with a team and independently
• Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM
