The position involves analyzing organizations' operations, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The successful candidate will have experience in engineering, science, or information technology management, as well as experience working with the U.S. Navy. The role is expected to support the Navy's training modernization goals and improve technology capabilities and training delivery to the naval fleet.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, science, or information technology management operations research analysis, and financial or cost analysis
- 3+ years of experience with the U.S. Navy
- Experience with training delivery, training service management, and supporting IT systems
- Experience with agile project or program management
- Experience analyzing complex problems, with multiple stakeholders and information sources, to develop recommendations and implement solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including developing briefings and deliverables for senior level stakeholder engagements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
