Conducts technical nuclear surety, nuclear certification, risk, and nuclear survivability assessments and analyses. Leads and supports Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in the development of missile system design to ensure compliance with nuclear surety, certification, and survivability standards.
Requirements
- Experience with DOW, Air Force nuclear surety, certification, and survivability policies and processes or equivalent DOE nuclear policy and processes
- Experience with Air Force nuclear weapon systems design
- Knowledge of DOW Systems Engineering lifecycle
- Knowledge of nuclear surety, certification, and survivability techniques, policies, and processes, such as AFI 63-125, Nuclear Certification Program, and 91 Series AFIs and AFMANs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering and 15+ years of experience in nuclear surety or Master's degree in science, technology, or engineering and 12+ years of experience in nuclear surety or Doctorate degree and 9+ years of experience in nuclear surety
