Systems Engineer

The Opportunity: Systems Engineer role combines technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in GPS. The role involves leading systems engineers, collaborating with government clients, and developing systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering on space, ground, software, or hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• 8+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews such as SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FQT, FCA, and PCA
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT), including development and verification of functional and performance system level requirements
• Knowledge of contracting and compliance requirement pertaining to the DFARS and FARS, with ACQ 1010
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
• Completion of the DAU ACQ 1010 Fundamentals of System Acquisition Management Course
