Requirements
- Experience with development and editing of Navy technical manuals for Fleet Systems
- Experience with military communications equipment
- Experience with Navy training policy, such as OPNAVINST 1500.76 series, and the NAVEDTRA 130 series for curriculum development
- Experience with Navy manpower and training databases, such as HARPS or CMATT
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications
