Test Engineer

The Test Engineer will work with developers and engineers to evaluate software developed for national defense, create test plans, and implement automated and manual processes to observe how the software performs. The role requires 3+ years of experience in developmental testing, a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developmental testing
• Experience performing requirements analysis, synthesis, and traceability for shall statement and supplemental fields evaluation, including test method and success criteria
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience architecting complex systems in Model-Based Systems Engineering, including CAMEO or Rhapsody
• Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.87 and 5000.89
• Ability to develop and execute detailed test procedures for Developmental and Operational Test Events
• Ability to build automated test scripts and custom harnesses using a tool such as a Python or Cypress
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
