We are seeking a Travel Business Specialist, Senior to provide expert-level travel policy, communications, and project management support to the Travel Lead and the broader travel team. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience coordinating federal travel, experience applying Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and HHS travel policies, and strong communication skills. The role will involve interpreting federal travel policies, developing educational materials, and compiling and analyzing travel-related data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coordinating federal travel
- Experience applying Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and HHS travel policies in an operational setting
- Experience creating workflow charts and process documentation using tools such as Visio or PowerPoint
- Experience authoring policy or process artifacts such as SOPs or guidance documents
- Experience compiling, interpreting, and presenting travel-related data
