Job Description
66degrees is seeking an experienced Oracle Database & GoldenGate Engineer to manage, support, and optimize Oracle database environments with a strong focus on JDE-specific data structures, replication, and high availability.
Requirements
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Databases supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Manage JDE-specific database schemas
- Perform JDE environment refreshes
- Optimize performance for JDE-specific workloads
- Monitor and troubleshoot JDE-specific locking issues and temp tablespace growth
- Design and implement GoldenGate for JDE data replication
- Manage near-zero downtime migrations for JDE databases
- Configure Extract/Replicate processes for JDE tables
- Monitor replication lag
- Support JDE database migrations
- Implement Data Guard for JDE High Availability
