Job Description
6sense is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to lead design for major backend systems, collaborate with multiple teams, and provide technical mentorship to engineers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in backend engineering with deep expertise in designing complex distributed systems, strong hands-on experience with Python, Ruby, and cloud platforms like AWS, and excellent system design and architecture skills.
