Job Description
We are seeking a Shop Mechanic to join our team at 711 Materials, Inc. Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics and electrical jobs, with experience in welding and fabrication. The position requires a minimum of five years of mechanical experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing ready-mix trucks, powder trucks, and trailers, as well as working with the Plant Foreman to coordinate the trucking fleet.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or Work Equivalent
- Experience in a mechanical role preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Welding and fabrication experience to include stick welding and cutting torch skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
