We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the acquisition channels that drive pipeline for our sales team and self-serve funnel. You'll run paid acquisition end-to-end across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging channels, and drive website conversion rate optimization.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in growth or performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid channels (Google Ads required, LinkedIn Ads preferred)
- Hands-on CRO experience - you’ve run A/B tests, redesigned landing pages, and can work in a CMS without relying on engineering
- Comfort writing code or building automations to solve your own problems (e.g., Python scripts, Zapier workflows, or using LLMs to streamline execution)
- Strong analytical instincts. You’re fluent in dashboards, understand statistical significance, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Experience in B2B SaaS. You understand trials, demos, sales-assisted vs. self-serve funnels, and how marketing hands off to sales
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate performance, insights, and next steps
