As the Product Manager for Labour & Compliance, you’ll own the strategy and execution for one of the most complex and high-impact areas of our product. You’ll help restaurants navigate labour management with confidence by turning messy, regulated, real-world data into clear, trustworthy, and actionable experiences.
Requirements
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for labour and compliance, aligned to company priorities and customer impact
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and Data from discovery through delivery
- Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions across usability, regulatory risk, technical constraints, and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and adoption strategies
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use data and customer insight to continuously improve the product
- Stay close to customers and the regulatory landscape, validating ideas through research, testing, and iteration
- Deliver simple, reliable solutions in a fast-moving environment where trust and accuracy are critical
