Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 7shifts, you’ll design and scale infrastructure, tooling, and automation that power our platform. You’ll join a high-performing team with a culture of fast-paced learning and experimentation.

Requirements

• Design, Build and manage cloud and container technologies and tooling using Infrastructure as Code
• Continuously improve Observability and Site Reliability best practices to ensure optimal scale, performance and cost control
• Own work end to end, from problem definition and technical design through delivery, iteration, and long-term support
• Collaborate across development squads to solve problems and support initiatives
• Improve and maintain compliant and best practice configurations and security lifecycles
• Mentor other developers through feedback and technical guidance
• Participate in a low-incident frequency 24/7 on-call rotation
