Job Description
The BI Analyst supports all of 80/20ās Global Business teams by helping collect, organize, analyze and interpret company data, transforming raw information into clear, actionable insights that help drive sound business decisions.
Requirements
- Assisting stakeholders in gathering and documenting basic reporting and analytics requirements.
- Supporting efforts to assess the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data sources.
- Performing foundational data analysis to help meet business objectives.
- Helping clean, organize, and standardize data under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintaining and updating existing reports, dashboards, and BI assets.
- Learning to work with BI and analytical tools such as SSRS, Power BI, SQL, and modern data platform technologies.
- Documenting processes, data definitions, and reporting sources.
- Participating in educational opportunities to build BI and analytical skill sets.
