The Account Director, Web & Brand is a senior growth leader who blends strategic account leadership with consultative new business development, driving new revenue, and guiding clients through complex web and brand decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a digital, web, or branding agency, with meaningful responsibility in new business, account leadership, and solution consulting
- Strong understanding of website strategy and delivery across WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify
- Proven ability to carry and achieve sales targets, especially for recurring revenue and long-term engagements
- Excellent discovery, scoping, and estimation skills
- Confident, engaging communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders
