Project Manager, Web

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex website projects and ongoing support engagements using project management best practices. The Project Manager oversees multiple project tracks and teams, documents risk assessments and mitigation strategies, and provides project status updates.

Requirements

• 3 years of project management experience (agency experience ideal)
• Proven track record & experience in delivering complex website projects using in depth knowledge of Project Management processes, methodologies, and practices
• Expertise or deep familiarity within the website development process (WordPress, Drupal and/or Shopify knowledge is ideal)
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction
• Experience defining and managing team workflow
• Experience with Google Workspace, design tools (Figma ideal) and project management tools (ClickUp ideal)
• Comfortable with client-facing interactions and able to independently manage client relationships on smaller accounts when needed
• Comfort managing stakeholder expectations and feedback
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Well-rounded skills that include strong business acumen, strategic thinking, risk management, and tactical execution capabilities
