Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Programmatic & CTV Ad Operations to lead our expanding programmatic and Connected TV (CTV) advertising practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital ad operations
- At least 5 years focused on programmatic advertising and CTV/OTT
- Proven leadership experience managing ad ops teams
- Deep expertise with major programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
- Track record of scaling programmatic revenue and delivering measurable client results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Advanced degree preferred
