The Director of Product Management will lead at scale, leveraging technology, product, and design expertise to address complex customer challenges while aligning with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale product management organizations, including managing directors and senior product leaders.
- Expertise in media and adtech platforms, with a record of delivering scalable, innovative omnichannel solutions.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling API-first platforms with agentic interaction capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at the business level.
- Ability to plan and execute across multiple portfolios while navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate between business, technical, and media/adtech domains.
- Technical acumen to lead advanced platform development, including APIs, integrations, and media activation solutions.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
