ServiceNow Team Lead (P929)

84.51° is seeking a ServiceNow Team Lead to guide the strategic and technical direction of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow expertise with leadership, platform governance, and architectural experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics or another technically strong program
• 7+ years of progressive ServiceNow experience, including 2+ years in a lead or architect role
• Proven experience with core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST, SOAP, API)
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
