8Fleet is hiring a Driver Growth Associate to improve driver growth efforts, improve systems and processes, and increase driver interest and follow-through. Ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes and seeing real-world results from their work.
Requirements
- 1–4+ years of experience in growth, operations, recruiting operations, marketing, or a similar role
- Comfort working with basic metrics and tracking progress across a process or funnel
- Practical, hands-on mindset — you like improving how things work
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and keep projects moving forward
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
