Product Lead

8Fleet is seeking a seasoned product lead to run product execution, B2B partnerships, and platform growth loops, with a focus on autonomous and non-autonomous ridesharing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in product management or growth product, with technical fluency and AI-native skills.

Requirements

• 5-9 years in product management or growth product, ideally at a hypergrowth company
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable reading code, writing SQL, and in a room with senior engineers
• Experience shipping B2B or platform product in addition to consumer-facing surfaces
• Data-driven approach; building models before making recommendations
• Exceptional written clarity; ability to write clear PRDs and strategy memos
