Job Description
8x8 is seeking a highly motivated senior-level Solutions Engineer to help build and expand our strategic alliances with technology partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, deep domain experience with major CRM and ERP platforms, excellent communication skills, and experience selling and supporting SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of SaaS software selling and/or solution architecting experience
- Working knowledge of major CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and Netsuite
- Technical knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications
- Technical knowledge of VoIP, SIP, networking technologies, and cloud infrastructure is highly desired
- Call Center domain experience is highly desired
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly communicate and translate between technical communities and business users
- Ready and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong “people” skills and passion to build new market opportunities
- BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field
