Job Description
9fin is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (DevSecOps) to join their Platform team and take ownership of their security posture across AWS and software development lifecycle. The role involves designing and implementing secure-by-default systems, working closely with engineering teams, and prioritizing security improvements to support SOC 2 maturity.
Requirements
- Experience owning or significantly improving the security posture of a cloud-based platform
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of modern application and supply chain security
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence engineers across the organisation
- Ability to take ownership of problems end-to-end, from identification through to implementation
