Safety & Compliance Coordinator role supporting high-volume safety program across three states and over 1,000 pieces of equipment. Embedded in the operation, working alongside crews in the field and across every level of the organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, safety, or compliance role; construction, transportation, or a safety-regulated industry strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and record management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining precision
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with contractor prequalification or compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar) is a plus
- Experience with Samsara, ATS systems, or other safety/compliance tracking platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable presenting safety content to field crews and facilitating group training sessions
