Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and make a direct, meaningful impact in their lives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges
- Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)
