Job Description
The ACT Team Mental Health Professional AP/QP serves as a therapeutic resource to consumers as a member of an established Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT). The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area and 1-2 years of professional MH work experience working with adults.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area
- 1-2 years of professional MH work experience working with adults
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
