Mental Health Professional for CST Services in Rutherford County - Forest City, NC. A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area is required, along with 1-2 years of professional work experience. The position involves providing therapeutic services to adults with mental illness, substance use, or co-morbid disorder.

Requirements

• Demonstrate use of appropriate knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgement and provide therapeutic services that evidence quality, performance, and meet the needs of persons served
• Show knowledge and use of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes to include: evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning
• Participate in community based team approach that utilizes the resources of the community, consumer, and treatment team to achieve positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate service and billing record documentation that clearly communicates the services provided and consumer progress
