Job Description
Job Summary: AD Mortgage is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to oversee centralized mortgage disclosure processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of mortgage compliance experience and a strong knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and other relevant banking regulations.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of mortgage compliance experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with audit support and regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry preferred
