Job Description
We are expanding and seeking to hire Account Executives in multiple territories across the country. We offer a client-centric culture, competitive pricing, a wide range of product offerings, industry-leading technology, and unparalleled service. Our AEs have an uncapped commission structure and can obtain industry leading compensation by cultivating wholesale relationships with mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage sales experience
- Proven production history and established client base preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Government lending practices
- Excellent networking, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
- Strong written, verbal, organizational and attention to detail skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree desired
