Temporary Lease Renewal and Legal Assistant

A&E Real Estate is seeking a Temporary Lease Renewal and Legal Assistant to support the General Counsel, Staff Attorneys, and Asset Management team in legal and lease renewal matters. The role involves managing lease renewal processes, monitoring case progression, handling resident communications, and assisting with non-primary residence investigations and holdover proceedings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a legal, property management, or corporate administrative setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or property management software preferred.
