Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team at AGI Industries, Inc. in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of mechanical experience and a valid driver's license. The position involves repairing and servicing machinery, with potential for offshore assignments once qualified.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years of mechanical experience
• Vendor certifications as needed
• Ability to follow direction and perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Keen attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic drawing and diagrams
• Good mathematical understanding
• Ability to utilize basic hand tools and air tools
• Ability to operate laser alignment tools, power tools, and fork lifts
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry between 10# and 100#
• Occasionally push and/or pull 30# of force
• Frequent use of fine and gross hand manipulation
