Full-time RN Nursing Supervisor

A.G. Rhodes Wesley Woods is looking for a Full-time Evening Nursing Supervisor to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role requires a current RN license and 1 year of nursing supervisory experience. Requirements

• Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
• 1 year Nursing supervisory experience
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community
• Experience working evening shifts
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
