Job Description
The Aviation Finance Lawyer role is part of the largest and most ambitious Aviation Finance team in Ireland, ranked 'Band 1' by all relevant guides. The team advises on the most complex deals in the market with a diverse client base.
Requirements
- Strong finance experience
- Good experience in acting on behalf of banks and borrowers
- Proven ability to manage transactions and work well as part of a team
- Relevant experience within the finance group of a large or medium corporate law firm
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- A track record of excellence in client service
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong communication and organisational skills
