Case Manager (PT) - Mesa, AZ

A New Leaf is seeking a part-time Case Manager to provide direct support and case management services to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence within the DVSTOP overflow hotel program. The Case Manager will conduct assessments, deliver crisis intervention, and coordinate services to support client safety and stability using trauma-informed, strengths-based practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, or other vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of community resources and social service systems
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices
