Job Description
A New Leaf seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead fundraising and philanthropy initiatives, overseeing donor engagement, fundraising strategy, philanthropic partnerships, and development operations to support organizational growth and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive fundraising and philanthropy strategies
- Lead and manage all philanthropy functions
- Lead the development and execution of fundraising plans, campaigns, and revenue goals
- Expand and diversify philanthropic revenue streams
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team
- Support and engage the Board of Directors in fundraising initiatives
- Provide strategic leadership, supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight for philanthropy team members
- Oversee philanthropy operations, including fundraising systems and donor database integrity
- Monitor fundraising trends, donor engagement metrics, and community opportunities
- Foster a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization
