A New Leaf is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Nurturing Parenting Program, providing oversight and guidance to staff, and ensuring high-quality services for families involved with the Department of Child Safety. The role involves supervising staff, developing caring relationships with clients and staff, and maintaining program compliance and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, childhood education)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the human services field
• Experience working with families involved in child welfare, family preservation, visitation, or parenting support services
