Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, specifically with large SI's
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a competitive market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the IT services market and selling IT Services
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours and adjust schedules to accommodate clients and willing to travel across India
- Fluency in English and local languages
