Accounting Manager

APM Terminals is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its Finance team in Rotterdam, NL. As a key function, Finance plays a strategic role in the terminal's decision-making processes. Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification is an advantage
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a complex or regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct reporting authority
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous business situations objectively
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in an international context
• Fluency in English and solid Dutch language skills
