Conversion Warehouse Coordinator

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking a Conversion Warehouse Coordinator to ensure compliance with company guidelines and governmental regulations, and to efficiently handle cargo and inventory in a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ensure all gateway activities are carried out in compliance with any company guidelines or governmental regulations regarding Maersk's status as a Container Freight Station (CFS) and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF)
• Safe operation of any equipment according to company policy and local regulations
• Effective, efficient, and damage free cargo handling (including proper breakdown and build up of Unit Load Devices).
• Proper weigh/dim and receipt of Export freight with proper log into WMS.
• Proper inventory of cargo in warehouse to be conducty in timely manner as communicated by warehouse leader/HUB management
• Proper check in of import break bulk with movement to proper location.
• Adhere to TSA, US CBP, DOT, IATA and OSHA regulations as well as any other regulatory agencies.
• Ensure workplace is always in a clean, safe and presentable manner
• Complete all trainings as assigned in a timely manner
• Work closely with HUB office for proper adherence to ULD buildup and breakdown through communication with warehouse leader.
