Logistics Specialist

The Control Tower Logistics Specialist will provide proactive feedback and recommendations on handling, control, and communication for all aspects related to a specific customer’s Program. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers, compiling daily and weekly reports, and monitoring logistics performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills and detailed practical business acumen
• Experience in cold storage is preferred but not required
• Experience managing carrier and logistics performance monitoring and reporting
• Experience with quantitative applications such as Microsoft Excel
