Job Description
Maersk Contract Logistics is looking for a Regional Management Trainee to join their 18-month program. The role involves intensive training, job rotations, and exposure to various business environments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a business leader and potentially become a Manager or Senior Manager within 2-5 years.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) with a good GPA
- Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-years working experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
- Passionate about the Supply Chain industry
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with Mandarin fluency considered an advantage
