Shift Manager - Days

Maersk is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead their team at their new Doncaster Site. The successful candidate will support the management team in maintaining compliance with legal and company standards, manage external security and contractors, and ensure safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience of working to legislative, industry accreditations and set company standards
• Experience of working with various teams to achieve set targets or goals
• Experience of carrying out and facilitating audits of compliance and procedural activities (internal and external)
• Experience of managing interaction with multiple departments and 3rd party contractors
• Competent with Microsoft Office Packages
• Outstanding Organisational Skills
