Terminal Manager

The Terminal Manager will lead the Maersk/CMCA Depot Operations Business unit, responsible for financial performance, site and operational safety, productivity, labor relations, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Port/Terminal/Trucking or Logistics knowledge and experience
• P&L experience and strong working knowledge of key levers of profitability
• Understanding and experience in Labor Relations in the transportation industry
• Transportation industry commercial business acumen and ability to engage with customers
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Safety and Risk Management mindset
• Vendor and supplier management skills
